Q: Can my MUSCIAN switch days, times or instructors?

A: Need to make a change? You can adjust lesson times, days, or instructors anytime through your online portal.

Q: Do you offer beginner lessons for older kids, teens, or adults?

A: Absolutely! We welcome beginners of all ages — even teens with little or no experience. It’s never too late to start learning music.

Q: What happens if my child misses a lesson?

A: If a student can’t attend a scheduled lesson, a personalized written or recorded lesson will be provided by the instructor. These can be easily accessed through your online portal for convenient, at-home learning.

Note: Piedmont does not offer rescheduled or in-person makeups for missed lessons.
